products under the PURISTICS™ brand. PURISTICS products deliver pure, effective

Utilizing pure ingredients and proprietary technologies, the PURISTICS family of
products will initially include three personal care consumer product lines:
anti-aging skin care, baby care and feminine hygiene.

Skin care: a new line of
skin-health products that is free of potentially harmful chemicals and
clinically proven to be effective. PURISTICS Anti-Aging products nourish
your skin using only pure, safe ingredients, leaving it healthy-looking
and radiant. |

Feminine hygiene: a new
line of pure and proven feminine care products that is free of
potentially harmful chemicals and synthetics. PURISTICS feminine hygiene
products are chlorine-free, meaning there is no possibility of dioxin
residue associated with bleaching processes. And, since these products
are biodegradable, they will not languish in landfills adversely
affecting the environment. |

Baby care: a new line of
baby care products made with pure and proven ingredients that are free
from harmful chemicals, such as dyes, fragrances, alcohol, parabens and
aluminum. PURISTICS baby care products are clinically tested to be
non-irritating so they won’t harm babies’ sensitive skin. |
While PURISTICS products will
initially be best suited to the woman in the house, we believe that the entire
family can live healthier by using products without harmful chemicals. We are
committed to bringing pure, proven products to market for the health and care of
the entire family, so everyone can live purely and without compromise.
